We use your personal data only as necessary to provide a functioning website and hosting services. The only exception is if we are legally compelled to provide such information, or in the case of an emergency related to your stay (such as an active forest fire.)

Your photo ID, if required, is stored only on a secure cloud server, and is never downloaded or stored in any insecure application or drive.

Your cell phone information may be used for SMS messaging with your permission to communicate any information relevant to your use of our services.

Your email address will be used only in conjunction with your stay in our property, and with your consent.

You may opt out of use of your cell phone and/or email address at any time, and you may request removal of your personal information at any time.

As is true on most websites, when our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer such as information about the type and version of your internet browser, operating system of your computer or smartphone, internet service provider, IP address, and date and time of your access. We collect such technical information so we can identify the causes of any technical problems, for the technical optimization of our websites and for the purpose of the security of our computer systems and networks.The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. Typically, this technical information will be erased or rendered unrecognizable at the latest after seven days.

Your cell phone may be used for SMS messages, with your permission, if you provide such consent. Your personal info will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
